Choosing goods
To find the right clothes for you, you can use the product filter to specify the category, size, material, colour, etc. of the clothes you are looking for. Each product is marked with its size, material and condition, and by clicking on the corresponding links you will also find a table of sizes and a more detailed description of the condition.
Placing an order
To order, add the products you want to your shopping cart and go to the shopping cart to place your order. To place your order, please select the appropriate transport company and proceed to the payment step.
Payment
If you’ve already created an account on our site, you can log in here – then you can track your orders on your account page later. If you’re not yet a customer, you can create an account before you pay. Before you start paying, please choose the location of the parcel machine that suits you and enter your contact details. The total cost of your order (including shipping) will be displayed on the screen and you can pay for it via bank transfer, bank card, PayPal or Indivy payment solution, which you can find more information about here. We’ll start processing your order as soon as the bank transfer is successful.
Sending goods
We will send the goods to the parcel machine of your choice, usually within 3 working days from the moment the money reaches our account. If you are in a hurry to receive your goods, please let us know – call, email or write to us on FB messenger. We’ll do our best to get the goods to you as quickly as possible. However, there may still be situations where delivery may take longer – the maximum delivery times are described in our delivery times. the terms and conditions of the online shop.
Shipping costs
If you buy at least €20 worth of goods at a time, we’ll send them to the parcel machine of your choice, free of charge. For purchases under 20€, the postage per order is 2,90€.
Return of goods
If, when you receive the goods, you still don’t want them for whatever reason, you can return them to us within 14 days. When returning goods, it is important that they are undamaged and in the same condition as when you took them out of their packaging.
To return the goods, please fill in and send us a withdrawal form.
