White dress with flounce. It’s a formal dress with a slight waist and a little over the knee. The dress has an open back, a tie at the back of the neck and a deep v-neckline at the front. The neckline seam is slightly torn at the front (see picture). The dress has a slit under the bust, the skirt is straight cut and has a slit on one side. The simple dress is made special by the beautiful flounce at the back. The dress is lined and has a zipper on the side. The dress is made of a beautiful shiny white fabric. The fabric is stretchy.
