Vintage caracou owl tassel

Vintage spotted owl teddy. This is an A-line coat that comes almost to the knee. It has pockets, hidden buttons on the front and a tie inside. The hat is made of black karakull leather and has a striking dyed sheepskin collar. The bag has not been dry cleaned (the lining needs cleaning).

I suggest the 1960s.
