Pencil skirt with fine stripes. This is a knee-length skirt with a high waist, lining and side closure. The waistband of the skirt is asymmetric and made of a different striped fabric than the skirt. The skirt fabric is slightly textured with fine blue and white stripes. The skirt is generally in very good condition but the lining is torn at the seam (see picture).
I suggest the 1990s.
