Escada wool tweed costume

Escada wool tweed costume. The costume consists of a jacket and skirt. The skirt is pencil cut and comes to about knee length. The skirt has a high waist and a button, clasp and slit at the back. The bottom edge is trimmed with a leather braided heel.

The jacket is slightly fitted and extends over the hip. There are patch pockets on the shoulders and 4 front pockets with buttons. The neckline is v-shaped and there are beautiful buttons with Escada emblems on the front. The yak has beautiful leather braided edges.

Both the jacket and the skirt have a viscose fabric lining with Escada emblems. The costume is made of a beautiful and high quality wool and mohair wool blend quilted fabric. The pattern is in shades of grey. A truly elegant vintage find.

I suggest the 90s.

The circumference of the jacket under the arm is about 104cm. The length of the jacket from the middle of the back is 71cm.

The skirt measures approx 82cm around the waist and approx 102cm around the hip. The skirt measures approx 63cm.

The brand is Escada by Margaretha Ley.

Made from 46% virgin wool, 16% mohair, 14% viscose, 8% acrylic, 6% cotton. Lining is 100% viscose.

The dummy in the picture is size 40.
