Brown velvet blouse with buttons

Brown velvet button-down blouse from the 1990s. This is a straight cut, hip-length triangle blouse with a body-hugging line at the chest and hips. The blouse has long, straight sleeves without cuffs and metal cuffs in front. The blouse is made fierce by a brown velvety fabric with small spots and a slight sheen. The blouse had patches on it but they have been removed.
