Cream white blouse with bell sleeves

Retro blouse in cream white with buffer sleeves. It’s a straight cut, hip-length blouse with a fairly loose cut. The blouse has chest-length buttons at the front, a modest turned-down collar and crooked shoulders and centre back. The blouse has wide elbow-length buffer sleeves with buttoned cuffs underneath.
